At ZanduCare, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new attire isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original packaging, ensuring the package is securely sealed for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor the status of your refund or exchange.
